The Slam Ball HMS PST12 is a ball made of thick rubber filled with sand. The ball does not bounce and is designed for dynamic training where it is thrown against the ground with great force — hence the name "slam". Training with the PST ball engages the entire musculoskeletal system, increases physical strength and extends endurance.
The Slam Ball is waterproof and the studs on the surface of the ball help ensure a firm grip. These properties allow the ball to be used outdoors — rain, mud and the like are no problem.
The PST model finds its use during warm-ups and in training wherever dynamics and physical strength are needed.
