The ABS Master PRO Super is an EMS stimulator designed for building and strengthening the abdominal and limb muscles.
The EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) stimulator works on the principle of electrical impulses, which are transferred from the electrode to the muscle and cause its contraction. These contractions have a higher frequency than we can achieve with regular training, and therefore strengthening using EMS devices is much more effective.
You can comfortably wear the EMS stimulator under clothing, so it's no problem to exercise, for example, at work or while watching TV from the comfort of the couch.
The ABS Master PRO Super set contains:
- 1x a large abdominal electrode
- 2x small electrodes for the arms and legs
- 3x control unit
- 1x a 3in1 charging cable
A large electrode for stimulating the abdominal muscles has dimensions of 58 x 21 cm and consists of 10 stimulation surfaces with a gel pad.
A small electrode has dimensions of 20 x 7,5 cm and consists of 2 stimulation surfaces with a gel pad.
The gel pads on the stimulation surfaces replace conductive gel. They must be kept clean, and if they no longer adhere completely to the skin, they must be replaced with new ones.
