The set with the HMS DC31 pilates bar contains a set of expanders, a door stop and 2 pairs of straps, thanks to which it allows performing a wide range of exercises. To a certain extent, it can substitute for resistance bands and thera bands. The HMS DC31 model finds its use in any training and in rehabilitation. The exercise bar is used for training the upper and lower muscle groups. Training with the DC31 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expanders toward your body. Alternatively, put the expander handles on your feet and pull the bar.
