Each set consists of a foam-coated bar, three pairs of plates of various weights and two locks, which hold the load in place during exercise. The rubberized plates effectively absorb impacts and protect both the floor and the equipment itself from damage.

Professional equipment organization

The STR40 stand serves not only for storing equipment, but also for its organization and convenience. It is fitted with six rods for plates and a dedicated space for bars, and allows arranging all training sets in one place. Two additional rods allow storing smaller accessories such as clamps or resistance bands, increasing the functionality of the whole setup.
