The HMS TX11 suspension training system is a multi-purpose set of straps working on the principle of bodyweight training; the system can easily be attached both to a door and, thanks to the carabiner, in any space. The ends of these straps are fitted with soft grips for hands and feet. The simple but very effective bodyweight training system quickly became very popular with all types of users.
