The HMS RXT suspension system is a multi-purpose exercise aid working on the principle of bodyweight training. The system consists of straps, which can easily be attached both to a door and, thanks to the carabiner, in any space. The ends of these straps are fitted with soft grips for hands and feet. The simple but very effective bodyweight training system quickly became very popular with all types of users. This equipment has also been favored by professional athletes, who build up their fitness for the season with the suspension device.
