The DBX P1 Strength Harness is designed to increase training load. In addition to the harness, in the package you'll also find an elastic expander and a firm strap, which you can use according to your current needs.
The harness can, for example, be connected with a strap to a weight sled to increase physical load, or with an expander to ladders to increase dynamic resistance. The expander and strap can be connected to increase the harness's reach.

The harness is made of a firm polyester strap 5 centimeters wide. The front part of the harness is 7,5 cm wide and is sewn from multiple layers for maximum strength. The horizontal strap has 4 layers and the shoulder straps have 2 layers. On the back, the harness has a length-adjustable strap with a robust buckle; thanks to correct length adjustment, you'll have the certainty that the harness won't fall off even during intense training. The harness is finished with 4 triangular-shaped steel eyes. The shaped eyes evenly load the straps, thus preventing their twisting and extending the harness's lifespan.

The expander is made of solid rubber wrapped in a polyester tube that protects the rubber from damage. The expander is 150 centimeters at rest and can be stretched up to 2,5 meters. Both ends are equipped with a carabiner - on one end for attachment to a harness and on the other end to a fixed point (ladders, weight structures, a dumbbell rack). The expander can be used, for example, in punching bag training and anywhere you want to train dynamics or restrict forward movement.

The firm strap is 2 meters long, consists of 2 layers of polyester sewn together and, like the expander, has a carabiner on each end and is used primarily for pulling loads. The strap's width is 2,5 cm.
