The HMS Premium KTO16 weighted vest is the ideal tool for bodyweight training. Once put on and fastened, the vest fits close to the body and can evenly increase the load during most exercises, from pull-ups on the bar, through push-ups, to running.
The vest is made of 1000D polyester, a highly durable and comfortable polyamide fabric, which is tear-resistant and, in addition, water-repellent. The vest has 16 pockets and each contains a rubberized steel brick weighing 1 kilogram (+ - 20 grams). Each row of pockets is fitted with a Velcro flap, which prevents the weights from falling out. The KTO16's weight itself can thus be adjusted very easily and precisely in a range from 1 to 16 kilograms.
