The HMS KTO05 weighted vest is the ideal tool for bodyweight training. Once put on and fastened, the vest fits close to the body and can evenly increase the load during most exercises, from pull-ups on the bar, through push-ups, to running.
The vest is made of neoprene, which is very comfortable to the touch and also water-repellent. Sand is used as the load, so the vest has a fixed weight and cannot be adjusted.
