The load consists of steel granulate in the form of "lentils" instead of sand, as in cheaper versions. Steel granulate provides approximately three times more weight at the same volume, which means the vest will be much more compact and therefore much more comfortable during training. Thanks to the smaller volume of the vest, you will be able to perform exercises with greater freedom of movement without feeling discomfort or movement restrictions.

An updated model for maximum comfort

To ensure even greater durability and comfort during exercises, the following improvements have been made in the new version of the vest:

• Use of a twice as large and more durable buckle on the adjustment strap (from 4,5 x 2,5 cm to 9 x 6 cm).
• Widening of the adjustment straps by 65 %, which improves their lifespan and the stability of the vest (from 3 cm to 5 cm).
• Increase of the vest's material weight by approximately 15 %, which increases resistance to tearing and abrasion.

The weighted vest can be used in both professional and recreational training. Its purpose is to additionally load the muscles during physical activity, which leads to a significant acceleration of training effects.

One size fits all – ideal fit

Our weighted vest is equipped with a complete set of straps with large Velcro fasteners, which allows easy size adjustment and adaptation to the body. This solution ensures high training comfort and vest stability even during complex exercises.

Very strong fabric

From June 1, 2021 we use a new, even stronger version of Cordura material in all DBX Bushido vests. This material is extremely durable and resists damage. It is used, for example, in motorcycle clothing, climbing backpacks and even bulletproof vests. The vest is lined inside with soft foam and a pleasant thermo-breathable material, so it does not cause skin abrasions during training.

Free load adjustment

The vest has up to 14 pockets, each can be filled up to 2,85 kg, which allows you to easily adjust its weight in a range of up to 15 kg and adapt it to a specific exercise or your training progress. All pockets are secured with strong Velcro fasteners, which ensures they will not shift or fall out during exercise.

Steel granulate

Each pocket is designed to be filled with steel granulate, which provides high weight with a small volume at the same time. The weight of steel granulate is approximately three times greater than the sand used in cheaper vest versions. The smaller volume of the vest significantly improves training comfort – especially in exercises where maintaining proper technique and freedom of movement is important.
