The HMS PW30 Pro height-adjustable dip bars are a professional tool for bodyweight training and find ideal use, for example, in functional training.
The PW30 Pro allows performing a wide variety of exercises from classic push-ups, dips, Swedish dips to handstands. On the supports, we exercise with our own weight. The parallel bars are thus suitable both for professional exercisers and for beginning juniors. The HMS PW30 Pro is height-adjustable in a range of 57 - 87 centimeters and its usage options are thus further expanded. You can thus easily adapt the supports' height to the needs of a specific exercise.
Regular training on parallel bars increases physical strength, endurance, coordination and balance.
