The ZW1600 HMS Premium is a rowing machine with a modern water resistance system, which combines quality workmanship, functionality and simple operation. It's suitable for home use as well as for smaller fitness clubs or spaces focused on fitness training.

The rowing machine allows comprehensive exercise of the whole body and engages especially the back muscles, arms, legs, gluteal muscles and abdomen.

A water tank for load regulation

The ZW1600 model uses a water resistance system instead of a classic flywheel. The load intensity can be regulated by adding or pumping out water from the tank. The load level is marked using 9 lines on the side of the tank.

The paddles inside the tank are set so that the movement is smooth and natural. An advantage of the water rowing machine is also the pleasant sound of rushing water, which makes the training itself more pleasant.

A stable construction and high comfort

The trainer is made of quality materials, which ensure safety and a long lifespan in regular use. The aluminum sliding rail and comfortable seat support smooth movement and comfort during exercise.

The firm construction offers a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg, so it is also suitable for more intense training.
