The Venum reflex ball is an original training aid, easily portable, which helps you develop coordination and punch precision. Similar equipment was used many years ago, but athletes like Vasyl Lomachenko have recently popularized this training style again. Today, you can find this simple aid in the training bags of almost all professional boxers.

The concept is simple: an elastic cord connects a rubber ball to a head mount. You then punch the ball and control the intensity and direction of your punches. Using the reflex ball requires no additional accessories and is therefore very easy to use wherever you train.

The Reflex Ball package contains two rubber balls, each with a different resistance for better development of reflexes and coordination. The fastening band is adjustable and elastic.
