The HMS DC30 strengthening bar is connected with rubber expanders; thanks to this, it allows performing a wide range of exercises. To a certain extent, it can replace resistance bands and thera bands. The HMS DC30 model finds its use in any training and in rehabilitation. The strengthening bar is used for training the upper and lower muscle groups. Training with the DC30 increases mobility and improves coordination.
As an example, an exercise where you stand on the bar and pull the expanders toward your body. Alternatively, put the expander handles on your feet and pull the bar.
