The HMS Premium PYT01 is a soft training tire with a diameter of 88 centimeters and a weight of 40 kilograms.
Training with a tire allows exercising all muscle groups, develops coordination and balance. Most often the tire is flipped; in this exercise, you engage the muscles of the lower limbs, abdomen, back and arms in the movement. As examples of other training, we can pick jumps or also the farmer's walk. The PYT01 has 4 straps on each side, which serve as handles for carrying, but you can also attach, for example, a training rope to them.
Structurally, it is foam polyethylene in a PVC cover. The tire's core is thus soft enough to prevent injury if we drop it or if it falls on us. The PVC cover is resistant to damage and easy to keep clean.
The HMS Premium PYT training tire is produced in 3 sizes: 40, 60 and 80 kilograms.
