The training mask is the ideal tool for improving fitness and endurance.
The mask limits the air supply, thus simulating high-altitude conditions. The lungs then fill with air with more difficulty, causing them to expand and increase their capacity. More difficult breathing also strengthens the intercostal muscles. Various combinations of partitions and membranes imitate conditions from 900 to 5400 meters above sea level.
The mask's inner side is made of silicone, which is pleasant to the touch and doesn't press.
