Nordic Walking / Trekking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system and significantly improves our body's efficiency. When walking with poles, the muscles of the buttocks, calves, thighs and shoulders work, and we also engage the muscles of the chest and abdomen. It thus engages large muscle groups and has a positive effect on increasing our overall physical fitness. The telescopic poles are constructed to allow quick and easy adjustment of their length depending on the user's height. The poles are multifunctional thanks to a set of tips and can be used for flat areas with a paved surface (e.g. asphalt) as well as for mountainous terrain. The Tk 696 is fitted with an anti-shock system.
