The MFT-A003 target is an expanding element of the modular system, the so-called Monkey Rigs, from the manufacturer MARBO Sport.
Monkey Rigs is a very cleverly designed modular system for any gym. Thanks to the wide number of components and accessories, you can adapt it exactly to your needs, whether you are into fitness, strength training, functional training, cardio, or just want to expand the training options in your home gym. Installation is done either into the wall or as a free-standing "cage" into the floor.
The target is attached to a stand or a beam using the 2 pcs of supplied screws. After tightening, the target is ideal as a target for wall ball training.
