The HMS MGL100 is liquid chalk in a tube with a volume of 100 ml. The chalk is applied to the palms, dries them, reduces sweating and increases friction, which allows a firmer grip. It is most often used in strength training, where thanks to the use of chalk we can lift a heavier weight that previously slipped out of our palms. The MGL100 is also useful in gymnastics, climbing and in any sport where a firm grip is needed.
