The HMS HHM14 is a hoop with an adjustable length, magnetic massage bumps and a rotating weight.

Massage hoop construction

The function of the HHM14 hoop is very simple. The construction consists of 21 identical parts that fit into each other. At least 11 parts must be used to close the hoop. The HHM14 is suitable for waist circumferences from 76 to 113 centimeters. The individual parts contain a rail into which an anchor equipped with four wheels with ball bearings is inserted before closing. A weight of 380 grams is attached to the anchor using a length-adjustable cord. The cord can be set to a length of 16 to 32 centimeters, and changing the length of the cord adjusts the resulting centrifugal force of the weight - the longer the cord, the "heavier" the weight will be.

Magnetic massage

Each piece of the HHM14 is equipped on the inner side with a massage bump that contains a magnet. The bumps pleasantly massage the waist area, which improves skin blood circulation and disrupts and breaks down fat tissue. The negatively polarized magnets support blood circulation and thus have a positive effect on metabolic function.

Usage

The length of the hoop is adjusted according to the waist circumference so that it is loose enough but does not fall over the hips. After setting the length, the anchor with the weight is inserted into the rail and the hoop is closed. Then the weight is "thrown" in the direction in which we will rotate our hips, and we start exercising. The intensity of the training is affected by the speed at which we rotate our hips.

The large LCD display placed on the anchor shows information about the training time, the number of calories burned, the number of circles and the rotation speed. The data can be used for training control and for monitoring fitness.
