A harness consisting of DBX Bushido P4 DBX Striker expanders for training and perfecting striking and kicking techniques for boxing and kickboxing.

The harness construction was designed so as not to restrict movement or hinder training, while at the same time providing resistance when performing punches and kicks.
Comfort during training
The set's basic element is a belt, which fastens around the waist. Four expanders are attached to the belt (2 for the arms and 2 for the legs).
The expanders can be connected to each other, so by attaching them to a belt, the set can also be used as a weight for punch speed training.
The belt is lined on the inner side with a pleasant fabric, which protects against abrasion, and its length can be adjusted using Velcro.

The harness is equipped with a durable buckle for comfortable putting on of the harness.

The durable bands were coated with an abrasion-resistant material, so they don't get damaged in contact with the body.
The expanders are finished on both sides with carabiners, which allow them to be attached to steel eyes and combined with each other.
Comfortable handles
The comfortable handles were designed so as not to slip under the band's resistance and not to restrict grip ability, which allows additional loading of the arms, for example when holding dumbbells.
The handles' construction allows the user to put on gloves, so the device can also be successfully used when training with a sparring partner or on a punching bag.
A universal size and resistance
The expanders have sufficient length even for tall people. If they are too long, each expander can be tied in the middle to shorten it. The same solution can also be used to increase the resistance of the expanders.
