The DBX BUSHIDO DBX-SB-10 Slip Bag is essentially a speed bag hanging on a long rope, which is used for training slips. One of the first users is Mike Tyson himself, whom training with the Slip Bag helped refine his slipping techniques.
The speed bag is hung from the ceiling; the rope length is set so that the bag is at shoulder level. We grasp the bag in our palms and set it in motion. While the Slip Bag swings, we try to make as many side movements as possible so that the bag does not touch us.
Training with the Slip Bag improves coordination, reflexes, peripheral vision and also helps sharpen the sense of when someone is standing behind us.
The DBX-SB-10 Slip Bag is made of reinforced synthetic leather. The bag has a size of 12 x 10 centimeters, the circumference is 31 centimeters and the rope's length is 60 centimeters (100 cm after stretching).
