The HMS LSS01 bench is designed for performing so-called sissy squats, which are practiced as a supplement to classic squats, which build massive and strong muscles, while the sissy squat shapes the muscles. The principle is based on calf support and leg stops, which allow continuous loading of the muscles throughout the entire set. The sissy squat uses the full range of knee movement and engages all the muscles of the lower limbs. The bench can also be used to strengthen the abdominal muscles and hips using sit-ups. The bench is also equipped with push-up supports and eyes for hanging expanders.
The robust steel construction stands on plastic end caps, which protect the floor from damage while ensuring the bench's high stability. The front stabilizer is fitted with transport wheels, while the rear stabilizer is fitted with a handle for easy moving of the bench when it's not in use. The rear part of the frame can be retracted so the bench takes up a real minimum of space. The platform is made of grooved sheet metal to prevent shoes from slipping. Thick board with a high layer of PU foam is used for the padding for maximum comfort; PU foam is also used on the foot stops.
The leg support is smoothly adjustable in the horizontal direction; the rest's height can be set from 44 to 52 centimeters; this variability allows perfect adaptation to every figure.
