The HMS SBP22 is a body pump set - dynamic exercise with low weight - and you can use it for group training as well as home exercise, for example in front of the TV.
The set consists of a two-handed bar, whose grip part is covered with soft foam, which ensures a firm grip and wicks away sweat. A set of three pairs of cast iron discs covered with a rubber layer to protect the floor and discs from damage and 2 locks for securing the discs on the bar.
The plates themselves have a dodecagonal shape, so the dumbbell doesn't roll when placed on the floor. The holes in the discs serve as handles and can therefore be used separately for functional training.
