The lock system connects the combination of weights with the dumbbell, which corresponds to the selected weight, and the other weights stay in the stand. If you need to adjust the weight, then you put the dumbbell into the stand, turn the dial and can continue training.

The SR80 dumbbell has an ergonomic shape and a non-slip handle, which guarantees comfort and stability. By turning the dials, you can choose a load of 5 - 7 - 9 - 11 - 13 - 15 - 18 - 20 - 23 - 25 - 27 - 29 - 32 - 34 - 36 - 38 - 40 lbs.
