The HMS Premium PYOBS01 is a set of three soft, octagonal plyometric boxes of different heights.
The plyometric box is essential equipment for every fitness center and gym. It finds use in almost every functional workout, but also in conditioning training or if you need to work on developing mobility.
Structurally, it is an insert made of foam polyethylene placed in a PVC cover. The density is chosen so that the box handles classic training including jumps, while being soft enough not to cause injury in case of tipping over. The weight of the entire set is 10 kilograms, so it is easy to carry the individual boxes and stack them on top of each other. The top edge of each box contains 4 Velcro cuffs, which connect the boxes together, thus forming one solid and stable whole. The stability itself is further supported by the octagonal shape of the boxes. The PVC cover is resistant to sweat and moisture.
