The HMS CBRS Olympic plate set is intended for gradual technique improvement and refinement. The plates find use when weight adjustment in 10 kg increments, as is usual with regular Olympic sets, is no longer suitable.
The CBRS are made of rubber-coated steel. The combination of precise calibration, small dimensions and high-quality materials will meet all requirements in every training. They were designed so that their use is safe and comfortable and so that they can be used as standalone weights.
