The HMS BTBR Olympic plate set is ideal for weightlifting and functional training.
The construction is steel, with a folding insert with a thick layer of rubber, which protects both the disc and the floor from damage when throwing. The central insert ensures the disc's long lifespan and, after disassembly, the disc can be calibrated to a precise weight by removing or adding internal filling.
