A set of 4 HMS resistance bands used in strength training, conditioning training and rehabilitation exercises. In strength training they serve as assistance or as a dynamic load. In rehabilitation they are used because it is not a direct load — the band creates resistance through gradual tension, especially useful for injuries to muscles, tendons and joints.
