The HMS LR8310 Roman bench, or hyperextension bench, serves for intensive strengthening of the back and gluteal muscles. For the correct position during exercise, the support is height-adjustable in a range of 93 - 121 cm. For load adjustment, the bench is adjustable to four angles. By exercising on this bench you prevent, among other things, back pain caused by weakened lumbar spine muscles.
