The HMS FB02 rubber band is used for rehabilitation and so-called flossing, where the compression band is repeatedly wrapped around and released from the affected area. This practice helps stretch shortened muscles and hard-to-reach areas. It relieves pain, increases range of motion and aids recovery after training.
With the FB02 floss band, wrap the affected area (joint, muscle) while stretching the band to approximately 70%; this presses the layers of skin together and limits receptor sensitivity. Stretch the wrapped area for a maximum of 2 minutes and then remove the band. When removed, the affected area draws in blood and is released.
