The HMS PRB01 contains two sets of balls of different weights connected by an elastic band to a headband. Reflex balls are used to improve punching technique (speed, coordination, precision).
The principle of training with the PRB01 is very simple: you put the headband on your head and, using punches with a clenched palm, you try to keep the ball in the air. You can use reflex balls for training itself or as a warm-up before training on a punching bag or with a sparring partner.
