The classic HMS ZGS50 spring clamps are designed for quick and effective fastening of weights on an Olympic bar.
The clamps are made of 5 millimeter thick steel wire. 3 coils provide sufficient clamping force even in dynamic training. The "wings" are tilted to one side, so the clamp can be fully attached to the plate, which results in better securing than with similar clamps that have "wings" in the clamp's axis. Plastic caps increase comfort when handling the clamps.
