Why is it so important?

During a match with an opponent, you often move your hands between the opponent's clenched limbs or deliver punches around the guards - with traditional Velcro systems, this leads to the Velcro catching on the glove's surface, which results in the Velcro tearing off. Aligning the Velcro surface with the glove's profile effectively eliminates this problem.

A reinforced wrist area

In the wrist bend area, a reinforcement system is used, which prevents excessive wrist bending in punches. This solution, combined with a wide Velcro strap, significantly increases the level of safety by minimizing the risk of dislocating or breaking the wrist.
