The HMS ATLAS X3 Multipress is the ideal tool for everyone who wants to start or already has experience with strength training. The main characteristic of every MultiPress is the rails along which the weightlifting bar with hooks moves. These hooks fit into openings in the construction and this system has two functions at once:
- safety: if we load more weight on the bar than we can lift, or we choose a high number of repetitions and can no longer push the bar back to its original position, then with a small turn of the wrist we secure the bar against falling and thus prevent possible injury or damage to the plates.
- practical: the multipress fully replaces a barbell rack; we can choose the ideal working height of the bar.
The multipress is most often used for squatting with the bar on the back and for the bench press.
The HMS ATLAS X3 Multipress construction is made of quality steel, which allows a load capacity of up to 136 kilograms. The construction is also complemented by a removable leg stop for sit-up training and removable push-up supports. In addition, the package contains 4 plastic sleeves for the loading and storage pins, so the X3 is compatible with both regular cast-iron plates and Olympic plates.
