The HMS HD03 is a so-called "crown" for strengthening the neck muscles; structurally, it is a nylon cap with a chain that is connected to the crown using a carabiner. Weights in the form of a weightlifting plate or a kettlebell are loaded onto the chain, and by moving the head forward and backward, we strengthen the neck muscles.
The head harness has a smoothly adjustable circumference using Velcro straps and can be perfectly adapted to every head. The inner neoprene layer prevents unpleasant chafing. Thanks to the use of quality materials, you can load up to 03 kilograms of weight on the HD100.
