Parallel upper grip HMS UW15

The HMS UW15 is an adapter with multiple grips for the pulley. It can be used for various exercises for various muscle groups of the upper body, from small muscle groups such as the biceps and triceps, through the front and side sections of the shoulder muscles, to the latissimus dorsi and back extensors.

The UW15 adapter is made of high-quality steel, giving you the option to exercise with considerable loads. Its length and the placement of the rubberized handles ensure a wide range of grip options - from very narrow to very wide. The adapter thus allows comprehensive muscle exercise. The handles are angled at the widest points, which helps pull the shoulders toward the torso and thus maintain better exercise technique. During exercise, the UW15 allows engaging alternative muscle attachments compared to exercising with a straight adapter.
