Molding instructions: 1) Insert the plastic holder into the guard with the TOP inscription up. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal); using the holder, place the guard into the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Using the holder, place the guard into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 4) Put the guard into your mouth and bite down hard. Massage the lips and cheeks with your hand so as to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Take it out of your mouth and remove the holder from the guard. 7) The guard should sit tightly on the teeth and not fall out.
