Fitting instructions:
1) Place the guard in the black molding case. 2) Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and place the guard in the bowl for exactly 25 seconds. 3) Use a spoon to take the guard out of the bowl and lightly shake off the remaining water. 4) Place the guard in the white molding case, then into your mouth and bite down hard for 20 seconds. Then release the firm bite and leave the guard in your mouth for another 30 seconds. 5) Take it out of your mouth and place it in a bowl of cold water for 30 seconds. 7) The guard should fit tightly on the teeth and not fall out. If it does not hold properly, repeat the process. Picture instructions inside.
