Molding instructions:
1) Insert the plastic holder into the guard with the TOP inscription facing up. 2) Pour boiling water (100°C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), and using the holder, place the guard in the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Using the holder, place the guard in the second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 4) Place the guard in your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove from the mouth and remove the holder from the guard. 7) The guard should fit snugly on the teeth and not fall out.
