Shaping instructions:
1) Insert the plastic holder into the guard with the TOP inscription facing up. 2) Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal); using the holder, place the guard into the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 3) Using the holder, place the guard into a second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 4) Place the guard in your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and face with your hands to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove it from your mouth and remove the holder from the guard. 7) The guard should fit tightly on the teeth and not fall out.
