Fitting instructions:

1. Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal) and insert the guard for exactly 20 seconds.

2. Using a spoon, take out the guard and place it into a second ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second.

3. Insert the mouthguard into your mouth and bite down firmly.

4. Massage the lips and cheeks with your hand so as to ensure maximum adhesion, for at least 30 seconds.

5. Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard.

6. Take the guard out of your mouth – it should sit firmly on the teeth and not fall out. If it doesn't fit correctly, repeat the process.
