Fitting instructions:
1) Pour boiling water (100 °C) into a ceramic bowl (not metal), place the guard in the bowl for exactly 20 seconds. 2) Remove the guard using a spoon and place it in the second, already prepared ceramic bowl with cold water for 1 second. 3) Place the guard in your mouth and bite down firmly. Massage your lips and cheeks with your hand to ensure maximum adhesion for at least 30 seconds. 5) Drink a glass of cold water and let the water flow around the guard. 6) Remove from the mouth; the guard should fit snugly on the teeth and not fall out. If it doesn't hold properly, repeat the process. Illustrated instructions inside.
