Nordic Walking is a sport that comprehensively develops the muscular system and significantly improves the efficiency of our body. When walking with poles, the muscles of the glutes, lower limbs, thighs as well as the muscles of the arms, shoulders, chest and abdomen are working. The telescopic poles are designed to allow quick and easy length adjustment depending on the user's height.
