The HMS KR40 is an adjustable kettlebell. Simple and easy load adjustment is the main advantage of this kettlebell. Thanks to the regulation on the top, you can easily set the value for exercise. The range from 3 to 17 kg is fully sufficient for home exercise. A big plus is also the wide non-slip handle with a diameter of 3 cm. Note: all weight values are given in pounds (lbs). 1 pound = 0,45 kg
