The HMS Premium L8022 is a flat, adjustable bench with hold-downs and expanders, which finds ideal use in dumbbell training.
The backrest is adjustable to 5 positions (1 flat and 4 with a negative incline). The backrest in the horizontal position is ideal for performing most dumbbell exercises; if the backrest is set to a negative angle, we get an incline bench for strengthening the abdomen; for this purpose, the L8022 is equipped with an adjustable, extendable frame with stops, which is adjustable in 3 positions and 4 angles; the leg stop is adjustable to 3 distances. The frame is thus the main advantage of the bench and allows precise adjustment for every build, so sit-up training is safe and comfortable.
The backrest is made of a thick board covered with a high layer of foam for maximum comfort during training. The ergonomic upholstery is made of carbon-look synthetic leather, is sweat-resistant and also prevents "slipping" during training.
The foam rollers are made of EVA material for high comfort and durability.
The bench comes with 2 expanders, which are great for basic training. For easy moving of the bench, one stabilizer is equipped with transport wheels.
