Adjustable bench HMS LS203

The HMS LS1203 is a multifunctional exercise bench that is ideal for home training. The backrest adjustable in seven levels from -30 to 60°, the leg hold-down and rubber expanders allow the user to perform many new and advanced exercises, which translates into more effective training than before. It should be added that the bench is very easy to assemble and can be quickly folded after training.

Rubber expanders

The set includes 2 rubber expanders, which are attached to the eyelets on the bench's front leg. We can use the expanders during warm-up or in training itself when the backrest is set at a suitable angle.

Comfortable training

The seat and rest were made very carefully. A hard board covered with thick foam guarantees exercise comfort. The upholstery has a carbon look with an embroidered HMS brand logo, is sweat-resistant and non-slip. The equipment also includes foam rollers, which protect the legs from abrasion during training.
