The HMS L8021 strength bench is the ideal complement to every home gym. Thanks to the adjustable backrest and height-adjustable preacher bench, the L8021 is ideal for most exercises, whether you want to strengthen the biceps, triceps, chest, abdominal muscles, back, shoulders or legs.

The steel construction has a load capacity of 150 kilograms and can be easily folded, so when you're not using the bench, it doesn't take up much space. The L8021 model's weight is 9,5 kg. The seat and armrests are covered with durable synthetic leather with a non-slip surface. The backrest is adjustable to 7 positions from -20° to 90°. The bicep rest's height can be set to 2 positions. The bench's stabilizers are equipped with rubber end caps, which keep the bench firmly in place. On the front leg there are loops for hanging the supplied bungee cords for arm training.
