The HMS PWL8324 is a multifunctional pull-up bar with supports, dip bars and an adjustable bench. It allows comprehensive training of all muscle groups of the upper body - the chest, back muscles, triceps and abdominal muscles.

Pull-ups on the bar and dips on the parallel bars are two exercises that very intensively develop two groups of agonist and antagonist muscles, i.e. the lats, biceps, chest muscles and triceps. The lower supports allow you to perform deep push-ups. Thanks to this, the muscles stretch much more with every movement, which leads to their faster growth. With the PWL8324, you can also train the abdominal muscles thanks to the inclined bench and armrests placed on the parallel bars. The bench can also be set to a horizontal position, which allows performing dumbbell exercises. The integrated barbell holder allows you to train the bench press.
