The HMS Premium PWL8306 is a multifunctional support that allows performing classic push-ups and dips. Depending on the exercise performed, we can strengthen the chest muscles, triceps or front shoulder muscles. The lower supports allow performing push-ups much more effectively than push-ups on flat ground. If we choose the upper supports for training and lean forward, we strengthen the chest muscles; if we exercise vertically, we train the shoulder muscles.
The PWL8306 support is made of the highest quality material. The construction is firm, stable and lightweight at the same time. Moving the PWL8306 is thus no problem. The handles are fitted with sleeves of dense PU foam, which prevents the palm from slipping while increasing grip comfort.
